because we’ve all been there…

 

If you are reading this, it most likely means that you desire to create something new within your life (sometimes this desire has not even been voiced out loud yet). Perhaps the change you seek is so different and new that you are not quite sure how to navigate it. Perhaps you are so focused on fixing what you perceive as wrong or broken, that you honestly do not comprehend how to proceed.

My passion is working with women under stress. Women that desire change… facilitated by smaller life blips to major transitional events… internally or externally driven… relationship with self/others or medical in nature. My role is to offer realistic and manageable steps forward towards achieving these goals of optimum physical, emotional and mental health.


We begin by identifying what you would like to change and make better in your life and what is holding you back from achieving this.

I, as your coach help you achieve this through small positive changes which lead to successful, sustainable habits.

Along our journey, we will continue to dig even deeper into your motivation for change and uncover possible roadblocks.

We work together to set up achievable action steps to move you forward successfully towards these goals all while constantly checking in to see where you are along your journey.

At the core of this is my unwavering belief that two people working together in authenticity, openness and trust can truly make a difference.
